- These Terms and Conditions apply to the entire contents of the website under the domain names www.debtburn.com and www.debtburn.co.uk including without limitation, the forum on the Website (the "Forum") (collectively "the Website") and to any correspondence by e-mail between us and you.
- The Website is owned by Prem Solution Limited who are a company registered in England (Company No: 05980047) with a registered office at 298 West Point, Wellington Street, LS1 4JT ("we" / "us").
- Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website. Using the Website indicates that you accept these Terms and Conditions regardless of whether or not you choose to register with us to use the Forum. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, do not use the Website.

Website Access
- While we endeavour to ensure that the Website is normally available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, we shall not be liable for any damages or losses you may incur if for any reason the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

- Links to third party websites on the Website are provided solely for your convenience. If you use these links, you leave the Website. We have not reviewed all of these third party websites and we do not control and are not responsible for these websites or their content or availability. We therefore do not endorse or make any representations about them, or any material found there, or any results that may be obtained from using them. Registration
- Each registration for the Forum is for a single user only. We do not permit you to share your user name and password with any other person nor with multiple users on a network.
- Responsibility for the security of any passwords issued rests with you.
- You are required to accept to the terms and conditions of the use of the Forum at the time you register to use the Forum. The terms and conditions are the same as those set out in clause 4. Following this, you will need to enter your name, user name and email address (plus some other optional information) and upon receipt we shall send your log-in details to your email address in order for you to access the Forum.

- Except as set out in clauses 8.1 and 8.2 our liability to you is limited to the amount of any commission payable to us by third parties as a result of your use of this Website for any event or related services of events and £20 for all events in any period of 12 months.
Governing law and jurisdiction
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
- Third Party Rights
- Unless this Agreement expressly states otherwise a person who is not a party to this Agreement has no right to enforce any of its terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

Our aim will always be to deal with your complaint as soon as possible and make every effort to reach a satisfactory conclusion on your behalf in order to retain your valued custom.
Entire Agreement
- These Terms and Conditions represent the entire understanding relating to the use of the Website and supersede all other statements, representations or warranties (whether written, made by email or oral) made by us. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall affect the liability of either party in respect of any misrepresentation, warranty or condition that it makes fraudulently. Any rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions are reserved by us.
Severance
- If any provision of these Terms and Conditions are found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, it will be severed from the rest of these Terms and Conditions which shall remain unaffected.
Waiver
- If we fail, at any time during the term of the contract, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under the contract or any of these Terms and Conditions, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under the contract, this shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from compliance with such obligations. A waiver by us of any default shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
